ALD mobile is an application dedicated to ALD Automotive vehicle users. By simply using a smartphone or tablet, it allows the tracking and calling of service suppliers on the entire territory of Romania: repair shops for changing tires, performing the maintenance operations, the periodic technical inspections, petrol stations.
Moreover, the drivers may:
- Contact the Customer Care service or the Call Center line
- Identify the non-stop support service options and direct call
- Request services: replacement vehicles, change of tires, Green Card Policy extension, damage notification
- Send their opinions on our services, suppliers or team
- Access the useful links of specialised institutions, in order to check the validity of vehicle documents
- Directly access the “Vehicle driver guide”
The ALD mobile is available in two versions:

Mobile phone application: in App Store or Play Store, free download. Before launching the application on a tablet or smartphone, make sure that the device GPS function is activated.

For desktop (laptop, PC or mobile device with an operating system other than Android or iOS): m.aldmobile.ro in the case of a laptop, PC.
