 Support at vehicle delivery

In order to be by your side from the very beginning of the operational leasing contract, we have a dedicated person present at the vehicle delivery, in order to ensure this process as simple as possible.


 Customers satisfaction

We received and seriously consider your suggestions and complaints concerning the quality of our services and of the collaboration with the ALD Automotive team and suppliers at the address Moreover, we regularly send our users online satisfaction surveys, in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the services we provide.


 Customer Care 

During the use of ALD Automotive vehicles and services, the drivers receive the necessary support from our Customer Care service team, through the Call Center line at:  *4959, 021 301 49 59 or at, Monday – Friday, 8.00 – 18.00.


 Non-stop road assistance

In the case of vehicle immobilisation in Romania and Europe (except for the Russian Federation and Albania) we provide non-stop road assistance and driver support services, if you have contracted this service, by calling number: +40 31 405 8888.   



Mobility anytime, anywhere thanks to a unique solution. My ALD is a mobility tool dedicated to fleet managers and users of ALD Automotive vehicles. Via the My ALD, fleet managers have real-time access to all the data on the fleet managed: drivers, contracts, services and reports. Likewise, vehicles users may access the custom data on their vehicle and contract, the history of the maintenance services, the fuel consumption and much more.
