ALD mobile is an app-based service allowing all ALD Automotive vehicle drivers to swiftly reach the ALD Automotive customer care service and the nearest agreed suppliers. In a highly technological and increasingly urbanized world, this car office application provides fast and quality services to the corporate staff permanently on the move and working mostly within their vehicles, through the simple use of a mobile device.
ALD mobile enhances the drivers’ mobility by routing them to the closest suppliers wherever they are within the country and by allowing them to directly call the service providers. Using the GPS function of the mobile device, any ALD mobile user can access the list of the needed services and geo-locate the ALD Automotive selected suppliers by pointing the current location or a desired one: gas stations, PTI stations, workshops for vehicle damage repairs, windshield and window repairs, tires replacement, maintenance and mechanical repairs. The smartphone app enables the maintenance service units’ selection based on the vehicle brand, too.
Furthermore, ALD mobile is a great support tool for the drivers, who can easily contact the ALD Automotive call centre and customer care service, the non-stop assistance or complete forms to request services such as tires change, damages notification or a replacement vehicle. ALD mobile’s functionalities are also expanded to the needs of non ALD Automotive customers interested in fleet management, who can find within the app details about operational leasing and the ALD Automotive offers.
