ALD Automotive, one of the market leaders in operational leasing and fleet management in Romania, and British American Tobacco (Romania) have signed a contract through which ALD Automotive will manage BAT’s fleet in full service operational leasing.
British American Tobacco has outsourced the financing and management of their national fleet. By signing this agreement, BAT becomes one of the top 10 ALD Automotive clients in terms of fleet size, alongside companies in industries such as pharma, financial services or telecom.

The BAT Account was won by ALD Automotive following a tender and it implies the financing and management of the company’s fleet within a diverse range of services, such as maintenance, insurance and damages management, non-stop assistance, tires replacement. BAT employees will also benefit from ALD’s unique customer tools: the ALD mobile app, a smart service for the service suppliers geo-location and ALD carselector, an online tool for the vehicle configuration and selection.
